Mindfulness training was developed in the late 70s by Jon Kabat-Zinn, a microbiologist at the University Hospital of Massachusetts. He developed a method that can teach you to stop your mind from rambling continuously, and\u00a0to focus on what you currently are doing and to observe what is happening besides that instead. In your body and around you.<\/p>\n<h3>What are the results?<\/h3>\n<p>Several\u00a0studies show that mindfulness significantly improves the quality of life. It\u00a0helps you to establish flexibility and reduce\u00a0stress.\u00a0It increases your creativity, problem-solving ability and therefore your innovativeness and productivity.
