On the other hand I have a lot of experience too with how personally diversified dealings with change succeeded (often against all odds!).<\/p>\n<p>Based on best practises, infamous management books (like \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.managementboek.nl\/boek\/9781416502661\/first-break-all-the-rules-engels-marcus-buckingham?affiliate=1635\" target=\"_blank\">First Break All the Rules<\/a>\u201d by Marcus Buckingham, \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.managementboek.nl\/boek\/9780684858395\/the-7-habits-of-highly-effective-people-engels-stephen-r.-covey?affiliate=1635\" target=\"_blank\">7 habits of highly effective people<\/a>\u201d by Stephen R. Covey and \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.managementboek.nl\/boek\/9780787988616\/peak-engels-chip-conley?affiliate=1635\" target=\"_blank\">Peak: How Great Companies Get Their Mojo from Maslow<\/a>\u201d by Chip Conley, \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.managementboek.nl\/boek\/9780066620992\/good-to-great-engels-jim-collins?affiliate=1635\" target=\"_blank\">Good to great<\/a>\u201d by Jim Collins and \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.managementboek.nl\/boek\/9789047000686\/drive-daniel-h.-pink?affiliate=1635\" target=\"_blank\">Drive: The surprising truth about what motivates us<\/a>\u201d by Daniel H. Long term works better than short term, unless there are threats that force focus on short term.<\/p>\n<p>Now, how is your company doing?
