The American\u00a0tells how she is creating a lasting, positive working environment at\u00a0her employer, world&#8217;s largest asset manager BlackRock.<\/p>\n<p>In April 2013, Golbie started the BlackRock Meditation Program, that offers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.power2improve.com\/en\/people\/mindful-dealing-with-stress-and-emotions\/\">mindfulness<\/a> and meditation training to\u00a01400 employees, in 17 countries.\u00a0Twice a week\u00a0she guides her colleagues\u00a0at\u00a0the financial\u00a0services provider\u00a0in guided\u00a0meditations.
