After over ten years of workshops, coaching and training across national borders, now we also have officially established our first office abroad. From his hometown Salzburg our new trainer, coach and colleague Martin Hofmann will help individuals and companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to improve themselves, in a sustainable way.<\/h3>\n

Martin has extensive training experience, and specializes in the areas of vitality and health. Fifteen years he led several establishments of the Swiss institute for medical training, Kieser Training. Both in Germany and in the Netherlands. Also in Turkey and Norway in recent years he was active in the fields of health, wellness and fitness. Being a qualified sports instructor Martin knows how a healthy body creates a healthy mind, and vice versa. Like all trainers and coaches of Power2Improve Martin works from a positive<\/a> and experiential learning<\/a> approach.<\/p>\n

Martin studied at the German Sport University in Cologne and is soon to become the first certified by Power2Improve Triple A+ Trainer, Teacher and Coach<\/a>\u00a0in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
