How to really change the world summer school

For those who await a tough change challenge after summer, we organize the How to Really Change the World Summer School. Within ten days, you will learn the highlights of what the participants of the regular program familiarize themselves with in half a year’s time.

What you will learn

Both the organizational and personal change skills that you need to create substantial and lasting change results:

  • Observing forces, interests and motives.

  • Communicating effectively through needs, emotions and personal impact.

  • Making and conveying change stories.

  • Activating, pursuading and inspiring people.

Intake

The 8 day*-long program is very intensive. This requires a high degree of motivation, curiosity and perseverance. With anyone who wants to participate, we schedule an interview in advance. In it we discuss mutual needs and capabilities, and how we can match those.

Examination

The How to Really Change the World Summer School will be completed by an exam. This consists of a ready knowledge test and a reflection report. Also, participants of the How to Really Change the World Summer School are to prove to a Power2Improve HTRCTW certified trainer that they are able to apply the method correctly in practice.

Trainers

De How to Really Change the World Summer School is guided by Power2Improve certified trainers who have extensive experience with large-scale and intensive change processes.

Investment

The investment for participation in the How to Really Change the World Summer School amounts to € 1,499 per person (excl. VAT). In simultaneous registration of three or more participants, the rate is € 1,399 per person (excl. VAT). Participants who can not pay the amount applicable to them at once, we offer the possibility to make a payment. Simply take immediately after registration contact Gustaaf Vocking.

Number of participants

The training takes place if a minimum of 8 participants. The maximum number is 20.
