Transfer
The transfer to daily practice is very important for a substantial and lasting effect. That is why we strengthen our training and workshops with coaching, intervision or a combination of them. Where possible, preference is given to intervision. That’s what you can do – after we’ve learned it.
Intake
The specific learning and development needs of the participant are central. Therefore, everyone gets an intake prior to the training. Based on the information thus obtained, we will design your customized program. In addition, we use it during training, coaching and intervision.
Group size
The default group size is at least 4 and up to 12 participants. In this way we can ensure that all participants get the guidance they need. Does your group consist of more persons? Then contact us. Here too we would gladly help you find the most appropriate, practical solution for you.
