Emotional Intelligence in Business is is a customized leadership training at beginner level, which consists of Personalized Training and Practical Coaching. The course is intended for project managers, employees and anyone who wants to further develop this area.
To grow professionally, you do not only need skills. It is also important that you are able to recognize emotions and needs in yourself and others, and to react accordingly. During the tailored development program Emotional Intelligence in Business you will learn both the theory and the practical skills you need to be emotionally ready to operate in the workplace.

4 training sessions of two hours each, and
4 coaching sessions of 60 to 90 minutes each,
supplemented with self study.
