Emotional Intelligence in Business is is a customized leadership training at beginner level, which consists of Personalized Training and Practical Coaching. The course is intended for project managers, employees and anyone who wants to further develop this area.

To grow professionally, you do not only need skills. It is also important that you are able to recognize emotions and needs in yourself and others, and to react accordingly. During the tailored development program Emotional Intelligence in Business you will learn both the theory and the practical skills you need to be emotionally ready to operate in the workplace.

The customized program is established as follows, and consists of the following components:

  • An intake of 1 hour.
  • An assessment of your current competency level in Emotional Intelligence in Business.
  • Establishment of your learning goals on sub themes of Emotional Intelligence on the work floor, like for example:
