Workshops, training, coaching and special programs exactly tailored  to your needs and your situation. Read about this and our other working principles below. Triple A+

Our coaching programs, training and workshops we tailor make, based on our proven Triple A+ Training, Teaching and Coaching method. This distinguishes itself by focusing on real and desired outcomes in the students’ and participant’s daily practices. We do this by working along the principles of Actionable Insights, Action learning and Appreciation.

Studentimized

Power2Improve has a unique, positive ‘Want to Work’ basis. Everyone who works with us, is working on what that person likes and finds educational. In a way that is lucrative for him or her. We invite you to tell us how you ‘Want to Work’: what you can do already and what you want to (further) develop.

Customized

Our coaching programs, training and workshops we tailor make, based on the specific question or situation of our customers. Across the whole of Europe, and beyond. We also provide Personalized Training and Practical Coaching individual pathways in groups – as well as a variety of special programs.

Intake

Effective learning is key. Therefore, before the course starts every participant gets an intake of up to one hour. The resulting information is used during training and coaching. With our customized approach the learning efficiency is optimal. Thus the participant can excel in his or her own daily practice.

Experiential Learning

Trying, discovering and concluding yourself form the basis of our trainings and workshops. Experiential Learning is what this practical, very nice, eye-opening and strengths enforcing didactic method is called. The curriculum we offer can be applied in the participants’ daily practice immediately.

Transfer

The transfer to your own daily practice is so important that we reinforce our trainings with coaching and peer groups. Where possible, peer groups are preferred: this you can practice on your own. Possibly after we have learned you how. Coaching is also a good way to reflect on your application in practice.

Group size

 The default group size is minimum 4 and maximum 12 participants. This way all participants can receive the guidance and support they need. Is your group bigger? Then we will be happy to find a fitting solution. Working with more trainers or in subgroups, for example.
