What is Mindfulness?

Being mindful means being observant. Mindfulness training was developed in the late 70s by Jon Kabat-Zinn, a microbiologist at the University Hospital of Massachusetts. He developed a method that can teach you to stop your mind from rambling continuously, and to focus on what you currently are doing and to observe what is happening besides that instead. In your body and around you.
