This week we hosted the third – and last – of a series of three webinars about leadership. Also this time an Ask Me Anything session on the subject of how you can (continue to) grow as a leader.

Some of the issues we have discussed:

  • How do you ensure that you continue to grow as a leader?
  • What’s the best way for a leader to work on your self-confidence?
  • What has leading to do with suffering?

Watch the replay below for the answers.

What is your favorite power pose?

In her answer to the question how a leader can work on his or her self-confidence, Nathalie referred to the TED Talk by social psychologist Amy Cuddy (over 29 million views). In it she explains how you can feel much stronger and more confident by changing your posture, within two minutes. We are very curious what your favorite so called power pose is. The leadership book that co-host John mentioned, 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, door John Maxwell, is one of our favorites too. It shows and explains what true leadership is: having influence! Maxwell makes clear that there is a difference between servant leaders and those who live to make others benefit.

It’s over, but it’s not the end

As said, this was our last webinar on leadership. But there is something even better on it’s way. We can not say much about it, but it promises to be great!
