At the Tilburg School of Economics and Management (TiSEM) Vice Dean’s request we will tailor make a talent development program. For (future) board members of TiSEM’s 6,000 member study association Asset, and other Tilburg University top talents. With the Tilburg Top Talent Program TiSEM will give further substance to the ambitious and innovative mission of Tilburg University: Understanding Society.

The Tilburg Top Talent Program consists of two parts: the Tilburg University Student Board Member Development Program and the Tilburg Talents4Business Program.

  • The Tilburg University Student Board Member Development Program helps (new) board members to practical tips, that are immediately applicable in their daily practice. Both during their administrative year, and beyond. In the form of training, coaching and challenges. The valuable certificates the selected, ambitious, high potentials earn, can easily be added to their LinkedIn profiles. With just one simple click they can show future employers their skill levels.
  • Likewise, we offer student board members of the future great development opportunities. As a participant of the Tilburg Talents4Business Program real top talents can get free, but hugely valuable coaching, tailored workshops and training, on their way to their top jobs. In this way Bachelor and Master students will be able to prepare themselves for their top careers during their university years already. This development normally takes place during a management traineeship and/or the further working life.

For each Talent4Business we track, monitor and mentor the development of knowledge, skills, experience and interests. All this we capture in our Talent Tracker & Tracer. This ensures both trustworthy competency levels, the students’ development history, and real insight into the match with their future employer for the long run.

The Tilburg Talents4Business Program is designed for talented and ambitious students with passion, purpose, persistance and potential for development. The only way to be admitted is to be nominated by others (friends, family, professors, (former) employers, etc.), who recognize and advocate their talent.
